There is a 10% discount for returning guests, active military personnel, guests over 65, or for
staying three or more consecutive nights, excluding holidays. Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts recognized only for bookings made by phone or through www.ospreypoint.com.
Each room includes a continental plus breakfast and is based on double occupancy.
There is a $20.00 charge for each additional guest.
We do not allowing smoking or the burning of candles/incense in any of the rooms.
We do not allow pets in any of our rooms (there is a $200 cleaning fee if a pet has been in the room).
Check-in is after 2pm, check out is 11am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
48 hours notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in time for all cancellations. Cancellations received greater than 48 hours in advance of the reservation check-in will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance of the reservation check-in will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per room. Cancellations for the Farmhouse received less than 48 hours in advance of the reservation check-in will be charged a $200 cancellation fee.
Weekend rates apply on holidays.
