Policies

  • There is a 10% discount for returning guests, active military personnel, guests over 65, or for
    staying three or more consecutive nights, excluding holidays. Discounts cannot be combined.


  • Each room includes a continental plus breakfast and is based on double occupancy.


  • There is a $20.00 charge for each additional guest.


  • We do not allowing smoking or the burning of candles/incense in any of the rooms.


  • We do not allow pets in any of our rooms (there is a $200 cleaning fee if a pet has been in the room).


  • Check-in is after 2pm, check out is 11am, unless prior arrangements have been made.


  • 48 hours notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in time for all cancellations.  Cancellations received greater than 48 hours in advance of the reservation check-in will not be charged a cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance of the reservation check-in will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per room. Cancellations for the Farmhouse received less than 48 hours in advance of the reservation check-in will be charged a $200 cancellation fee.
